The Nurses Return to Work in Hospitals Project is a starting point for change in improving the return to work (RTW) of injured and/or ill nurses in Victoria, it is the first project of its kind in Victoria, in Australia and even internationally. The project has been to focused on improving the return to work of injured and/or ill nurses in Victoria, and not on specific injury types.
